The breakfast offered was exceptional with a wide variety of dishes. the location in a local area was great, close to shopping malls and a market. - It's only a 5-minute walk to the lake from the hotel.

Excellent facilities and good service, expecially from the manager who tried to make up from the shortfall in service on arrival. He supplied an extra bed without charges and supplied extras for our stay.

The price we booked for the room included an exta bed and my family was told that it will be made ready soon. Unfortunately I wasn't present at this statement as I was parking the car. After the dinner buffet the bed had still not been brought, so I went to reception to complain. The reception promised me that I would get a call when the bed would be made. I later complained as nothing had been done and that nobody called to let me know what was going on. The administration showed me that we had booked a room without extras. I then produced a printout of the booking which had the extra costs and at 1 AM they said that no extra beds were available because of an unusual influx of guests.. What I didn't like about the hotels was the way they tried to shift the blame on me for not booking the extra bed or on your company failing to inform them.

The staff at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha was incredibly welcoming and exceptional. They offered wake-up services and complimentary ironing. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, with a wide selection of baked goods, coffee, condiments, and breads to choose from.

the massage technitian was un available for this reason spa and wellness was in poor service

I stayed here for two nights and had dinner at the lounge restaurant, the separate shower in the bathroom was a highlight for me.

it is consedered to be A luxury hotel but the internit and wifi is very weak in the room and in the coffyshop out side the hotel.

The restaurant was top-notch with view and local food, we ordered wonderful dishes. The best part was the pleasant view of the beach. The location was particularly good: shopping centers and a market were within walking distance.

The rooms equipped with very high standard furniture and the variety of food makes it a a very good place to stay. In addition to that staff being so friendly and helpful.

The room I booked had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. the staff was incredibly accommodating and very friendly. They provided amazing service at the hotel.
